i don't like money matters.

Just had a fairly sobering conversation involving money with dad ... work's dry season is coming up soon, and it doesn't look too good. He insists that it's not important and I should call if I need money, but I can tell that he's hell worried.

*sighs*

Wouldn't it be nice to not have to care about money? But I still think that hard work is good for one's character. You learn again the universally parroted fact that yes, money indeed does not grow on trees, and it's not free-flowing either. But it would still be nice to go on living one's life knowing that there's figures in your bank account no matter what. It would be nice to be Paris Hilton for a day - and then I think I'll get bored.

Anyway, being true to form, I still refuse to take money from my parents, and I guess I'll tutor again to get some money coming in. Just in case, you understand.

So if any of you know of any Year 12s in Perth that want/need English tuition, please tell me. Or you could do one better and recommend me. ;p Anyone got any pointers?
