evermore + pathology.

Went to see Evermore at Club Capitol with Deepak, Pete and Mel on Sunday (the day before the Pathology exam, yes)! Skipped the first act but turned up for Aqualung ... they had some okay songs but they were pretty weird to say the least. But Evermore was so so so good (only complaint is that they messed up on Unbreakable). They played a couple of new songs and that. Still on a high :)

Took some photos ... actually took some vids as well, but cos it was pretty loud, all the audio my phone got was static. You could tell what they were playing but not much else, sadly. And some of the photos turned out weird - I don't think my phone camera likes blue light for some reason.

The rest of the pics were pretty blurry. And thanks to Clarey for sending us there and back!

And the path exam was alright in the end too, despite *ahem* someone's (*cough* Deepak *cough*) mess-up on venues and the subsequent extreme panic. I blanked out on the weirdest stuff (like coagulative necrosis). I swear, I could see the page in my head, only all the words were blurry. It was the most annoying thing in the world. The only things that weren't blurry were the damn headings, and that didn't help, did it? And I proved to Deepak that I could recite the stuff on HER2 and the Philadelphia chromosome, only when it came to looking at HER2 on a question paper all I could think about was the Philadelphia chromosome and I had to sit there for 5 minutes trying to untangle my brain. Oh and did I mention that I had Evermore playing in my head for the duration of the exam?

Anyway just got back from printing stuff in Uni. Went to the post office on the way home to get an envelope for CV stuff that I had to print/photocopy again. Hate it when important things go missing in the mail. But anyway got distracted there and bought:

A usb cup warmer.

And a photoframe.

Aren't they adorable? :)
