Sooooo tired.

Slept over at Tiff's Thursday night with the guys and Clare, Flick, and obviously Tiff herself. Had GOOD FOOD- the tiramisu was heavenly, and the strawberries and chocolate fondue, that was like off the map. Watched Raise Your Voice, Hillary Duff cannot act, the ECG was wrong, there was no plot, but Oliver James has the hottest accent and the chick that played the violin had attitude, style, and was fabulously good.Played Indian poker with water, Tiff was like the biggest loser, if it weren't for kind people like yours truly *winks* she would have drunk something like 10 glasses of water in total. Gordo lost pretty badly as well *lol* And the amount of burning that he had to go through... awwwwww poor thing! And then played Hotels, and that lasted for a long time- Joey dominated the board. Then started playing this game called 5 Alive, it was pretty good, we played it till like 6 in the morning. The guys crumbled first, and locked the doors against the threat of the first person asleep getting whipped-creamed, later Clare, Flick, and I, who had not yet gone to sleep at all, decided that they wouldn't get alway with it- Clare finally managed to pick the lock with the only hairpin Tiff could find in the entire house, and we toothpasted Gordon before Daniel spasmed and woke everyone else up. Yes. Interesting indeed.

Went for the Royal Show last night, it was so worth it though. Had fun :) The fireworks were fantastic, definately worth the entry fee *lol* Oh yeah, and got conned onto some rides... *glares* Me- who like has never even mustered courage (or stupidity) enough to go on a rollercoaster in my entire life. I got talked into getting on the rollercoaster there, it wasn't actually too bad... and then I got talked into going on this thing called the Ranger. It's like a demented, modified, glorified Viking. Incredibly high and swings 360 degrees. Is apparently the scariest ride in the entire freakin' show. And I got talked into it. I maintain that I am both adventurous and stupid. Also gullible. Very, very gullible. I rest my case. I went on the thing, and I remember swearing and screaming every second of it. I think "WHAT THE @#&% WAS I THINKING?????????" came out fairly often... after that sat around watching monster trucks (what's so fun about watching loud large machines crush scrap metal?) and stunt biking (that was really cool!). And then the fireworks. The fireworks were awesome. I've like never really seen fireworks, I've like only seen them from miles away when all you can see are little multicoloured puffballs. Not as much of a kick as seeing them right overhead! Especially those shimmery ones, they really looked like stars on steriods, it looked so pretty... Then hit the foreshore and King's Park, etc etc.

Good night out by all measures. :P

This morning was spent bumming around and doing random stuff (and almost getting killed). Went with Clare to Broadway and ended up buying a large Nudie- a Fire Fighter Nudie, "not-so-limited edition", "cranberry, raspberry & more". *YUM* Amongst other things... anyway.

Parents have gone back to Manji- or at least they're going first thing tomorrow. I want decent weather, want to go to the beach and just play in the water, run through the sand, smell the salt breeze... hmmmmmmm...............

Uni starts tomorrow. Depressing. And I need to get my patient report together. And then after that I have to get my Clinical skills workbook together. *nods* Depressing.

Well, back to work I go I guess... Meh.

You got me lifted shifted higher than a ceiling
And ooh wee it's the ultimate feeling
You got me lifted feeling so gifted
Sugar how you get so fly?
